Mr. Ash,

There are MANY waiting in the wings help you, or take the lead if needed to take further action in reaction to the citys lack of effort to thwart the TRO and most likely their lack of action in impending litigation.

I have sent you a message via my personal email and so have others. You no longer will be the lone man in a small group fighting the city. There is a growing list of supporters, some like myself interested in a recall petition for all seats and the mayors office. We are willing to do the work necessary to bring down this corrupt bunch who blatantly disregard what their constituents want.

No matter what side of this argument you were on folks, you can no longer be blind to the fact that the city has repeatedly demonstrated a lack of concern for what we want, rather their own self interest. Annexation, the city center/hall.... and now the RLC's. Nothing is more important than their own personal agenda.

Mr. Ash, my applause to you for standing up to the city. I have tried to stay nuetral in this as I see bot hsides, but lean towards getting rid of the RLC's due to the fact there was no appeal.

Now our big Govt wants to blantantly disregard Democracy as we know it. I feel the city needs to rise up and take our city back. There has been a lot of talk of recalling the council (except lyles) and Mayor.

If something like this were to happen, and you were involved, I would help out and know many others that would also.

GL and thanks for all you have done in the past!

Let's speak to the question of money. I understand that half the money goes to the State Trama Fund, that is not accurate because I found an amendment in the law where 49% goes to the State General Fund and 49% to the Trama Fund 2% is used for administration fees, so I understand 49% of every dollar the Trama Fund is supposed to get is all they really recieve. This is the way our State misleads the people of the State to generate money and devert it to something else that we didn't have a voice in deciding for or against. The general fund is used for many things we do not get to deciede on. Why the deception? What are or reps afraid of. Red light money to only be used for transportation issues, so was money headed for the Trama fund only to be used by hospitals to develop and maintain Trama Centers and now over half the money is siphoned of to the General Fund. I feel I have been fooled once I am trying to not be fooled twice
